Joe Biden is wearing out his shoes trying to walk back his 'chains' comment from last week ... Yes, it WAS a racist comment, but not for the reasons everyone is saying. All the hyperactivity has to do with the words Y'ALL and CHAINS..... but I contend that it's his use of the word 'BACK' that calls up the slavery days of yore.
He's going to put Y'ALL in chains....

Big difference....
Joe is like the crazy uncle that just about everyone has in their family. "We can win North Carolina" while in Virginia.
